Bootcamp

This is a full body, no equipment group fitness class held in Sheep’s Meadow, Central Park. In bad weather sessions will take place in the Unlimited Fitness studio.

This workout consists of 5 sets.  “Total Gym” shown in pictures but not used for this session.

Bootcamp rates are $150 for unlimited sessions for 6 weeks.

SCHEDULE

Monday through Sunday from 7:15 am – 8:15 am at the Bethesda Fountain
Monday through Sunday from 12:30 pm – 1:30 pm at Sheep Meadows
Monday through Sunday from 6:30 pm – 7:30 pm at Sheep Meadows
Other time slots are available.
