Meal Plan

Example of a healthy meal delivered with workouts. All organic ingredients.
Breakfast:  Fruit salad
Lunch:  Endives made with guacamole and hummus and Carrot Ginger soup
Dinner: Salmon/Kale mixed salad  served with salad dressing (olive oil or flax seed oil and apple cider vinegar)  and Sweet Potato Pie made with maple syrup no butter.
