Studio Workout

This session illustrates me training the client in my studio.  This is a full body session training each body part (excluding legs, client is a marathoner and runs 40 miles weekly) 8-12 reps, 5 sets.  This particular photo illustrates my client in the process of doing 100 pushups, a goal we have been working diligently to accomplish.  This particular client’s consistency is especially motivating because he has come back from cancer surgery and surpassed his pre-surgery fitness level.  For this session we are using the “Total Gym.”
